Our restaurant offers delicious dishes of the French and German

cuisine – creations of Alsatian classics such as Tarte flambée, gluten-

free Galettes and Crepes or Swabian Spätzle. We use fresh, seasonal

and regional products. Our menu features wild game from our hunter
